You will need

1. A quiet, dimly lit room ready for MAGICK
2. A window or outdoor space with a view of the MOON
3. MUGWORT leaves or Mugwort essential oil
4. Optional; A clear glass or crystal ball (or any item you use for scrying)

Practice

1. Prepare your space: Find a quiet and dimly lit room ready for Magick. Some where you won't be disturbed. Make sure you can see the Moon through a window or, if possible, go outside where you have a clear view of the Moon in the night sky.

2. Cleansing: Begin by cleansing your mind and space. You can do this by smudging the room with sage or simply take a few moments to breathe deeply and clear your mind of any distractions.

3. Set up your crystal ball: Place your clear glass or crystal ball on a table or altar in front of the window or with a view of the Moon. If you're using Mugwort leaves, scatter them around the base of the crystal ball. If you have mugwort essential oil, place a drop on your wrist or temples.

4. Moon Connection: Stand or sit comfortably and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and visualize the Moon's energy streaming down and surrounding you. Imagine its silvery light filling you with wisdom, insight, and psychic power.
