  • Once your purchase is complete, a download link will be sent to your email.

  • If you experience any trouble accessing your files, please get in touch — your purchase will be re-sent.

Printed Books

Currently shipping to:

Books are printed on demand and shipped directly from local printers where possible, reducing both delays and environmental impact.

Delivery timeframe: 5–30 business days depending on your location.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 20 business days, please contact me with your order number for assistance.

Ordering from Europe or Other Regions

Books may not ship directly to every region — but you can still get a copy!

  • Ask your local bookshop to order it using the ISBN listed on the product page.

  • Send a copy of your receipt, and you’ll receive a special thank-you gift and a 50% discount on the digital edition.

Tracking & Delivery

All printed book orders include tracking. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email.

  • A shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

(Please check your spam/junk folder or the email linked to your payment provider if you don’t receive confirmation.)

Customs & Currency

  • Import duties or local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Transactions are processed in your local currency using current exchange rates.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Digital products: Non-refundable. If you encounter a technical issue, support will be provided.

  • Printed books: Made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind.

  • If your book arrives damaged or with a printing issue, email within 14 days with a photo and your order number — a replacement will be arranged.
