Refund Policy - International

We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. If any issue arises with a purchase, I will be more than happy to help, please message me.

If an item is faulty or damaged, email through the contact us page.

Please do this within 14 days of product delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Once your request is approved a replacement or refund will then be offered.

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of instant downloads, there are no returns or refunds on digital products.

However, if any issue arises with a purchase, I will be more than happy to help, please message me.

Message me if you would like another format.

Printed Books:

Books are custom printed to order. Due to the nature of custom orders, refunds are not accepted.

Should there be a printing-related error or any other such concern please get in touch.

The book you receive should be in pristine condition.

Any feedback, on the contrary, I need to know about to maintain product quality.

In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, a free replacement or a refund is offered, get in touch through the contact us page.

Clothing:

T-shirts are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. 

A tracking number will be emailed to you for progress updates.

Due to the nature of custom orders, refunds are not accepted.

Making products as they are ordered instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
